This movie is a compilation of stereotypical villains from movies. I picked these clips because they show off many of the traits that make up the antagonist characters in most movies. In order of appearance, these villains are:
-Johnny, from The Shining
-Agent Smith from the Matrix
-Darth Vader from Star Wars (specifically episode IV)
-The Mouth of Sauron from Lord of the Rings III (deleted content, yes, but he was still one of the best villains)
-Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th
-The Joker from Batman: The Dark Knight
Traits that these villains carry that typically denote someone as a villain are:
-Slight mental instability, which is quite evident in the case of Johnny and the Joker. While their motives may be twisted, they still believe that what they're doing is right. Such dogma is also seen in Darth Vader in his Controlling of the empire.
-Villains seem to tend to like talking about themselves or their exploits, having inflated egos. The Joker and the Mouth of Sauron are both key examples of this.
-Villains often have an evil power backing them. Classically, the arch-nemeses to superheroes have powers of their own, but it can often be more subtle, such as the Joker’s skill in manipulating others or the Mouth of Sauron’s command over an army.
